Making City Services Smart, Accountable and Customer Friendly

As your Councilman I will not forget whom I work for. You are the customer and deserve the highest level of service and professionalism from all city services and departments.  We should give our city employees better tools and incentives to better serve the community - I will ensure that happens. Working with the city should not be intimidating. At every juncture we should strive to continuously improve and speed up the services provided. City services should be easily accessed in person or online. And the delivery of those services should be measured and shared openly so that we all know how well the customer is being served. Where beneficial I will expand and encourage the use of online services that are more user friendly and that can reach more residents, especially those that don’t traditionally use online services.
